Terms of Trade

Please take a moment to read our standard Terms of Trade below:

• To confirm your booking 50% of the agreed total project fee must be paid in advance.
• Cancellation of bookings within 48 hours of start date will result in 50% of total project fee to be retained by Too-Chez Ltd (100% of booking fee).
• Postponing of a studio booking will result in 25% of the total project fee being retained by Too-Chez Ltd. The remaining 25% of the deposit will be transferred onto your account as credit for the next booking.
• Master Recordings will not be released by Too-Chez Ltd until the remaining balance of 50% total project fee is made available to Too-Chez Ltd or Robin Axford in cleared funds.
• The only exception to these terms occurs when booking Online Mastering services. No deposit is required for Online Mastering. Mastering should be paid for in full only once Too-Chez has completed the Mastering and the client has approved the sample audio. Once full payment is received by Too-Chez Ltd, the Masters will be sent to the client.
• Our Online Mastering Services allows for Maximum of 2 free amendments, changes or tweaks at the point of client approval.
• Too-Chez Ltd offers 2 free amendments, changes or tweaks to all products produced remotely, at the point of client approval. In the unusual instance that the client would like more than 2 amendments, changes or tweaks, our standard hourly rate of £50 GBP will be charged for each hour used in addition the agreed booking. This will be itemized in the clients invoice as ‘Overtime.’
• Too-Chez Ltd does not offer 2 free amendments to products produced and approved by the client at attended sessions. If further amendments are required after the point of approval, our standard hourly and/or daily rate will apply (see below for standard rates).
• Sessions that finish after 12am: The client is responsible for paying for a taxi to enable staff to return home safely – Maximum Cost £30 (GBP).
• Our Standard Hourly Studio Rate is £50 GBP per hour.
• All bookings that exceed 6 hours in length will be charged at our Standard Daily Rate of £400 GBP for 10 hour day.
• Publishing Rights (where applicable) must be issued to Robin Axford of Too-Chez Ltd by means of signed royalty agreement on “Company Headed” paper, before the release of the project into the commercial marketplace. Too-Chez is happy to provide this documentation where needed.
